  devel/py-editables: update to 0.6 (#825)

Update editables from 0.3 to 0.6.

Upstream switched its build backend from setuptools to flit_core, so
BUILD_DEPENDS is corrected to devel/py-flit-core. The old setuptools
BUILD_DEPENDS only appeared to work here because py-flit-core happened
to be installed; on a clean builder it would have failed.

Required by ai/py-mistral-vibe 2.25.0, which pins editables==0.6.

Validated on MidnightBSD 4.0.6/amd64 from a clean work dir: makesum,
build, fake, package, portlint (0 fatal).
