  devel/py-mistralai: update to 2.6.0 (#830)

Update mistralai from 2.4.4 to 2.6.0.

No change to the non-extra dependency set. New optional extras
(msgpack/zstandard for payload compression, azure-identity for payload
offloading) are not packaged and need no port changes.

Pre-existing and unchanged from 2.4.4: upstream pins
opentelemetry-semantic-conventions<0.61 while the tree ships 0.63b1.
The port expresses no upper bound and the build and staging succeed;
noting it rather than fixing it, since it would mean touching
devel/py-opentelemetry-semantic-conventions.

Required by ai/py-mistral-vibe 2.20.0 and later.

Validated on MidnightBSD 4.0.6/amd64: makesum, build, fake, package,
portlint (0 fatal).
