  devel/py-agent-client-protocol: update to 0.11.0 (#833)

Update agent-client-protocol from 0.10.1 to 0.11.0.

requires_dist is identical between 0.10.1 and 0.11.0 (pydantic>=2.7
plus an unused logfire extra); no dependency changes.

Required by ai/py-mistral-vibe 2.20.0 and later.

Validated on MidnightBSD 4.0.6/amd64: makesum, build, fake, package,
portlint (0 fatal).
