  dns/bind918: remove end-of-life port (#875)

Removes the BIND 9.18 port and adds a MOVED entry directing users to
dns/bind920. ISC ended BIND 9.18 support in June 2026.

Validation: git diff --check.

## Summary by Sourcery

Retire the unsupported BIND 9.18 port and direct users to the maintained
BIND 9.20 port.

Enhancements:
- Remove the end-of-life BIND 9.18 port from the tree.

Chores:
- Add a MOVED entry directing users from dns/bind918 to dns/bind920.
