  security/gcr: update to 4.4.0.1 (#885)

Updates gcr to 4.4.0.1 from the FreeBSD ports reference and declares the
target tree composite license set.

Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, clean package, check-license,
portlint -C, and git diff --check. Two tests remain
environment-dependent (session D-Bus/X11 and missing
mock-status-and-attribute).

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the security/gcr port to 4.4.0.1 with refreshed packaging
metadata and licensing declarations.

Enhancements:
- Update security/gcr to version 4.4.0.1 and align its GNOME metadata
and dependencies with the newer release.
- Declare the source tree’s composite GPL, LGPL, and MPL licensing and
disable optional GTK documentation generation.

Build:
- Refresh the package checksums and plist for the updated release.
