  multimedia/totem-pl-parser: update to 3.26.7 (#895)

Updates totem-pl-parser to 3.26.7 from the FreeBSD ports reference and
corrects the upstream license declaration to LGPL-2.0-or-later.

Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, clean package, check-license,
portlint -C, and git diff --check. Upstream tests remain disabled
because they depend on obsolete live HTTP endpoints.
