  sysutils/gnome-system-monitor: update to 47.1 (#910)

Updates GNOME System Monitor from 42.0 to 47.1.

- Migrates to GTK4/libadwaita and C++20 dependencies.
- Removes obsolete source patches and refreshes the staged plist.
- License remains GPLv2 (`gpl2`); verified against COPYING.

Validation:
- `bmake makesum`
- `bmake patch`
- `bmake`
- `bmake fake`
- `bmake clean package`
- `bmake test` (2/2 passed)
- `bmake check-license`
- `portlint -C .` (0 fatals)
- `git diff --check`
