  x11-toolkits/libwnck3: update to 43.3 (#939)

Updates libwnck3 from 43.2 to 43.3.\n\nUses the canonical GNOME distfile
path, tracks the new XInput dependency, and drops two header fixes
included upstream. MidnightBSD LGPL metadata and the stable-branch map
compatibility patch are retained.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch,
build, fake, package, test (no tests defined), check-license, portlint
-C (0 fatal), and git diff --check.
