Updates libgsf to 1.14.58.

Refreshes the documented API plist for files removed upstream and adds
the new Kazakh translation.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, clean package, test
(completed; no test runner exposed), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal
errors; 2 advisories), git diff --check.

LICENSE remains lgpl2.1.
