  devel/libgnt: update to 2.14.4 (#945)

Updates libgnt from 2.14.3 to 2.14.4.\n\nTracks the upstream -dev
distfile and updated shared-library filename, and moves the existing
project URL into the Makefile. Existing GPLv2 metadata is
retained.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
test (no tests defined), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git
diff --check.

Updates libxml++26 to 2.42.3 and migrates the port from autotools to
Meson.

Preserves MidnightBSD packaging compatibility: static and shared
libraries are built, examples/manual are disabled, and the
Meson-installed configuration header is recorded under
lib/libxml++-2.6/include.

passed), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal errors; 2 advisories), git
