  graphics/gnome-color-manager: update to 3.36.2 (#977)

Updates GNOME Color Manager from 3.36.0_2 to 3.36.2, corrects the
license metadata to GPLv2-or-later, removes an obsolete patch, and
refreshes the package list. MidnightBSD dependency declarations are
retained.\n\nValidated with bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
test (no upstream tests defined), check-license, portlint -C, and git
diff --check.
