  games/lightsoff: update to 48.1 (#983)

Updates Lightsoff to 48.1 and corrects its GPLv2-or-later license
metadata.

Validation: `bmake makesum patch build fake package test check-license`;
Meson tests 2/2 passed; `portlint -C` 0 fatal errors; `git diff --check`
passed.

dependencies and corrected license metadata.
