Updates GNOME Nibbles to 4.5.2 and corrects its verified GPLv3-or-later
declaration.\n\nValidated: `bmake makesum`, `bmake patch`, `bmake
build`, `bmake fake`, `bmake package`, `bmake test` (4/4), `bmake
check-license`, `portlint -C`, and `git diff --check`.

Update GNOME Nibbles to the 4.5.2 release and align its packaging
metadata with the current application.
