  x11/gnome-shell-extensions: update to 47.6 (#965)

Updates GNOME Shell Extensions to 47.6, refreshes its extension files
and dependencies, and corrects the declared license to
GPL-2.0-or-later.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake,
package, test, check-license; portlint -C; git diff --check.
