  graphics/gdk-pixbuf2: update to 2.44.1 (#990)

Update gdk-pixbuf2 to 2.44.1, reset PORTREVISION for the release update,
and replace the deprecated generic LGPL metadata with LGPL-2.1-or-later.

The Meson test suite remains disabled because upstream tests can invoke
destructive/OOM conditions. Android and glycin backends are explicitly
disabled; Android otherwise requires unavailable jnigraphics.

Validation:
- bmake makesum
- bmake check-license
- bmake patch
- bmake
- bmake fake
- bmake package
- bmake test (NO_TEST=yes)
- portlint -C graphics/gdk-pixbuf2 (0 fatal errors; 2 warnings)
- git diff --check

## Summary by Sourcery

Update gdk-pixbuf2 to 2.44.1 with refreshed package metadata and
disabled unsupported backends.

Enhancements:
- Update gdk-pixbuf2 to the 2.44.1 release and align its library version
metadata.
- Use the specific LGPL-2.1-or-later license identifier.
- Disable unsupported Android and glycin backends in the Meson
configuration.

Chores:
- Refresh package checksums and plist entries for the new release.
