  graphics/vips: update to 8.18.5 (#1096)

Updates libvips to 8.18.5 and refreshes the two installed ABI-versioned
library filenames. Removes the superseded PORTREVISION; the SONAME
remains `.42`, so consumers do not need rebuild revisions.

License remains LGPL 2.1 (verified from upstream LICENSE).

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (11 pass, 1
expected failure, 2 skipped), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatals), and
git diff --check.

Normal dependency resolution installed the missing declared
default-option dependencies cgif, libspng, cfitsio, matio, and
libultrahdr on the build host.

Update the vips graphics port to libvips 8.18.5 while preserving ABI
compatibility for consumers.

Enhancements:
- Update libvips to version 8.18.5 and refresh its ABI-versioned library
filenames.

Chores:
- Remove the superseded PORTREVISION while retaining the existing SONAME
compatibility.
