  audio/thunar-media-tags-plugin: update to 0.6.0 (#1116)

Updates Thunar Media Tags Plugin to 0.6.0 and migrates it to Meson.

- Updates the NLS option to remove the Meson catalog subdirectory when
disabled.
- Refreshes the staged translation list.
- Preserves MidnightBSD packaging conventions without FreeBSD UCL
scripts.

Validation: `bmake makesum`, `bmake patch`, `bmake`, `bmake fake`,
`bmake package`, `bmake test` (no upstream tests defined), `bmake
check-license`, an `OPTIONS_UNSET=NLS` package/test check, `portlint
-C`, and `git diff --check`.
