  audio/gstreamer1-plugins-sndio: update to 1.24.0 (#1130)

Updates the Sndio GStreamer plugin to 1.24.0, removes the obsolete
PORTREVISION, and follows the upstream repository move to
BSDKaffee.\n\nThe prior compatibility patch is now upstream. ISC
licensing is unchanged; LICENSE_FILE now points to the shipped license
text.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, source portlint, and git diff --check. Portlint -C
remains blocked only by the retained generated local .mport artifact.
