  net/libslirp: update to 4.9.3 (#1138)

Updates the GLib-based libslirp networking library to 4.9.3.

Validation passed: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test
(2/2), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

The installed SONAME remains libslirp.so.0, so no dependent PORTREVISION
bump is needed.

- Update the libslirp port to the 4.9.3 release while preserving the
existing ABI and dependent-port compatibility.
