  graphics/eog: update to 50.3 (#1185)

Updates Eye of GNOME to 50.3 and resets PORTREVISION to
0.\n\nValidation: makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no
upstream tests), check-license, and git diff --check passed. portlint
reports only retained generated work/eog-50.3.mport artifacts plus
existing advisory warnings. GPLv2-or-later metadata is unchanged.
