  audio/gnome-music: update to 50.0 (#1199)

Updates GNOME Music to 50.0.

- adds the source-required libsoup3 and PyCairo dependencies
- refreshes the Python, help, locale, and desktop payload plist
- removes stale shared-library registration and enables icon-cache
handling

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (2/2),
check-license, portlint -C (only retained work-dir fatal), and git diff
--check.
