  deskutils/gnome-weather: update to 50.0 (#1201)

Updates GNOME Weather to 50.0.

- adds the required TypeScript compiler build dependency from #1200
- removes an upstreamed icon-name patch
- refreshes services, resources, status icons, translations, and
AppStream metadata
- removes stale shared-library registration

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (2/2),
check-license, portlint -C (only retained work/empty-files artifacts
fatal), and git diff --check.

Depends on #1200.
