  sysutils/gnome-system-monitor: update to 50.0 (#1206)

Updates GNOME System Monitor to 50.0 and refreshes the staged
plist.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum patch build fake package\n- bmake
test (3/3 passed)\n- bmake check-license\n- portlint -C (0 fatals;
existing advisory warnings)\n- git diff --check
