  x11-themes/gnome-backgrounds: update to 50.0 (#1210)

Updates GNOME Backgrounds to 50.0 and refreshes the wallpaper and
GNOME/Cinnamon background-property plist entries.\n\nValidation:\n-
bmake makesum patch build fake package\n- bmake test (upstream has no
tests)\n- bmake check-license\n- portlint -C (0 fatals)\n- git diff
--check
