  misc/gnome-user-docs: update to 50.4 (#1235)

Updates GNOME User Docs to 50.4, refreshes the staged multilingual
documentation manifest, and corrects the inherited doubled-version GNOME
fetch URL.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

metadata and packaged documentation contents.

- Correct the inherited GNOME source URL so it no longer duplicates the
