  x11-themes/adwaita-icon-theme: update to 50.0 (#1250)

Updates Adwaita Icon Theme to 50.0.

The legacy-theme runtime dependency introduced for 47.0 remains
available. The plist is regenerated from the staged 50.0 payload and
audited for mports plist-variable substitution artifacts.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no tests
defined), check-license, and git diff --check.
