  editors/abiword: update to 3.0.8 (#1258)

Updates AbiWord to the current 3.0.8 GNOME release.\n\n- switches to the
upstream GitLab release archive and removes patches integrated
upstream\n- refreshes dependencies, plugins, options, typelib entries,
and staged resource manifest\n- sets PORTREVISION=0 and corrects
GPLv2-or-later metadata\n- serializes the build with MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE
for a reproduced Automake dependency-file race\n\nValidation: bmake
makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test, check-license, git diff
--check. portlint -C has only the retained generated work-directory
fatal plus advisory warnings.

release and refreshed packaging metadata.
