  math/gnome-calculator: update to 51.0 (#1291)

Updates GNOME Calculator to 51.0.

- Refreshes help, locale, and metainfo payloads
- Adds the missing libm dependency to the upstream calculator static
library for MidnightBSD linking

Validated: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, staged plist audit,
package, env -u DISPLAY bmake test (7/7), check-license, portlint -C
(artifact-only work fatal), and git diff --check.

Update the GNOME Calculator port to 51.0 with refreshed packaged assets
and corrected library dependencies.

Enhancements:
- Update GNOME Calculator to version 51.0 and refresh its packaging
metadata and installed file list.
- Add the upstream calculator library's missing math library dependency
