Updates at-spi2-core to 2.62.0.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch,
build, fake, package, test (existing NO_TEST), check-license, portlint
-C, and git diff --check.\n\nThe libatk, libatspi, and atk-bridge SONAME
majors remain unchanged.
