  sysutils/gnome-settings-daemon: bump revision for gnome-desktop 51 ABI (#1304)

Rebuild for the libgnome-desktop-3.so.20 to .21 ABI change in
x11/gnome-desktop 51.0 (#1295).\n\nValidation:\n- bmake -V PORTREVISION
(1)\n- bmake parses the updated Makefile correctly\n- git diff
--check\n\nportlint currently uses base make here and reports an
unrelated PORTVERSION parser error.
