  devel/glib20: update to 2.90.0 (#1335)

Updates GLib to 2.90.0, required by current GNOME 51 applications.

Refreshes the staged API/documentation manifest and retains MidnightBSD
bootstrap, trigger, and runtime compatibility handling. The default
package, a DOCS/MANPAGES/NLS-off package, and the bootstrap package all
succeed.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (NO_TEST
retained), check-license, option-off package, bootstrap package, and git
diff --check.

portlint -C reports one existing Makefile blank-line fatal plus
legacy/style warnings; the refreshed plist itself produces warnings
only.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update GLib to 2.90.0 and refresh its packaging metadata for current
GNOME applications.

Enhancements:
- Update the GLib dependency to version 2.90.0 for compatibility with
current GNOME 51 applications.
- Refresh the staged package manifest to match the updated GLib release
