  www/epiphany: update to 48.5 (#1334)

Updates Epiphany to 48.5.

Adds the staged Interlingua locale and corrects cache/ldconfig metadata.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (2/2),
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

package metadata.
