  devel/jenkins: update to 2.582 (#1358)

Update the Jenkins weekly port from 2.580 to 2.582.

`devel/jenkins-lts` needs no change: 2.568.3 is still the current LTS
release per `updates.jenkins.io/stable/latestCore.txt`, and
`get.jenkins.io/war-stable/` lists no newer line.

## Validation
- `bmake makesum` — distinfo regenerated
- `bmake fake` — staged cleanly
- `bmake package` — `jenkins-2.582.mport` created
- portlint: 5 warnings, all pre-existing (absolute paths in
Makefile/pkg-message, redundant CONFLICTS version pattern, USES
ordering)

No `bmake test` target for this port (NO_BUILD, WAR-only distfile).
