  graphics/gexiv2: update to 0.16.2 (#1359)

Update GExiv2 to 0.16.2.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no tests
defined), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

The release changes the ABI to libgexiv2-0.16.so.4; dependent
PORTREVISION bumps will follow.

Update the GExiv2 port to the 0.16.2 release.

Enhancements:
- Update the GExiv2 graphics library port to version 0.16.2 and its new
ABI.
- Refresh packaging metadata for the updated library, including the
installed files and shared-library handling.
