  x11-toolkits/pango: update to 1.58.2 (#1366)

Update Pango to 1.58.2. Refresh distinfo and ABI-specific plist
substitution. PORTREVISION remains 0. Validated makesum, patch, build,
fake, package, test, check-license, portlint, and diff check.
