  x11-themes/gnome-backgrounds: update to 51.0 (#1375)

Update GNOME backgrounds to 51.0. Refreshes distinfo and tracks the two
new curvaturingster JXL assets in pkg-plist.\n\nValidation: bmake
makesum patch build fake package test check-license; git diff --check.
Existing portlint warnings only; generated work/package artifacts were
retained.

- Update the GNOME background collection port to version 51.0 and
include its newly added assets.
