  x11-toolkits/libadwaita: update to 1.10.0 (#1458)

Update libadwaita to 1.10.0 with PORTREVISION=0 and refreshed distinfo.
License remains LGPL-2.1-or-later. Validated makesum, patch, build,
fake, package, check-license, and git diff --check against staged GTK4
4.24 headers. Upstream tests were attempted: 3/71 passed; 68
display-dependent tests fail with SIGTRAP in the headless environment.
Tests were not disabled.
