  games/gnome-mahjongg: update to 51.0 (#1467)

Update GNOME Mahjongg from 49.1.1 to 51.0.

- Correct project licensing to GPL-3+ plus CC0 metadata.
- Retain MidnightBSD dependency, schema, icon, and staging behavior.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, staged build/fake/package against GTK4
4.24, bmake test (4/4), check-license, and git diff --check. Portlint
source diagnostics contain no fatal source issues; its remaining fatals
are generated work/package artifacts.

Update the GNOME Mahjongg port to the 51.0 release while preserving its
existing dependencies and packaging behavior.

- Update the GNOME Mahjongg port to version 51.0 and align its project
