  x11-fm/nautilus: update to 51.0.1 (#1481)

Update Nautilus from 49.6 to 51.0.1.

Changes:
- refresh distinfo and Portscout series
- track the gexiv2 0.16 ABI used by Nautilus 51
- preserve MidnightBSD options, staging behavior, and icon hooks

Validation:
- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package
- bmake test (no upstream test commands; exits successfully)
- bmake check-license
- git diff --check
- portlint: no source fatal errors; only the generated work directory
fatal and existing advisory warnings

The isolated validation used staged GTK4 4.24.0, Glycin 2.2.1, and
GExiv2 0.16.2 because GTK4 was intentionally removed from the host.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Nautilus port to 51.0.1 while preserving its existing
packaging options and integration hooks.

Enhancements:
- Update the Nautilus port to version 51.0.1 and track its GExiv2 0.16
ABI dependency.

Chores:
- Refresh distinfo and Portscout version tracking for the new Nautilus
