  sysutils/libsunacl: update to 1.0.1

net/samba419 builds vfs_zfsacl when sunacl.h is present and needs
ACE_INHERITED_ACE, which 1.0 does not define; it arrives in 1.0.1
(sunacl.h:79).

Follow upstream's move to the GitHub release tarball, which is where
1.0.1 is published, and pick up USES=uidfix plus the two patches carried
for this version. WITHOUT_PROFILE=yes replaces the local NO_PROFILE
conditional: the profiled library is no longer built, so the matching
PLIST_FILES entry is dropped.

The MidnightBSD-local FAKE_OPTS=trueprefix, the OSVERSION < 4000 guard
and the mports license identifier are kept.
