  x11-toolkits/linux-c7-gtk3: skip fake sanity check like other linux-c7 ports

The fake stage rejects the Linux ELF libraries as having "missing or
broken dependencies", since the check cannot resolve Linux shared
libraries. Nearly all linux-c7 ports already set SKIP_FAKE_ALL=yes for
this reason; gtk3 was one of the few that did not.
