[Midnightbsd-mports] autotools overhaul

The autotools and their related ports have all been updated and rearranged today.  I had to touch hundreds of ports to make this happen.

You'll want to uninstall libtool libltdl, autoconf* automake* and the wrappers for these and then install the new depends of the autotools port in devel before building other things.
