[Midnightbsd-users] tzupdater update

Hello list,

java/diablo-jdk15 needs the tzupdater as a dependency
in the version 1.1.0 but sun is providing on their
website the version 1.2.1. diablo-jdk15 is not
recognizing this new tzupdater and stops.
