[Midnightbsd-users] Update for MASTER_SITE_QT in bsd.sites.mk

Hello,

The ftp-site ftp://sunsite.rediris.es is only providing QT in the 
version 3.3.4 but mports is using 3.3.7 and this entry should be deleted.
The ftp-site ftp://ftp.iasi.roedu.net is not answering and should be 
deleted.

I have attached a diff for bsd.sites.mk via e-mail, because of missing 
chommit-rights :-)
