[Midnightbsd-users] textproc/aspell makes trouble

I was not able to reproduce this error.  Will you please provide a the
output of printenv, and a copy of your make.conf.  Also, any arguments
you gave make during build the port.

This sort of fix is dubious at best.  Ports at required to build
outside of /usr/local until install time.
