[Midnightbsd-users] pkg_add and symlinks

Both Luke and I have noticed that symlinks are sometimes broken on an
installed port.  The symlink at /usr/local/lib/libperl.so is sometimes
broken if you install perl.  It appears that the bug is in pkg_add,
the binary used to install the package that the port builds.

I have not been able to find a situation where the bug occurs
dependably, and an inspection of the pkg_add code has not shown any
obvious errors.

If you see this problem, please file a bug report.  Make sure to CC
ctriv at MidnightBSD.org or email me regarding the pr directly.

In the short term I would like to fix or work around the bug.  In the
medium term the package tools will be written.
