[Midnightbsd-users] contrib software changes in CURRENT

I'm currently working on updating a number of things in contrib on CURRENT.  If you experience any problems with the new versions, please let me know.

So far we've got tcsh, file, and one true awk.

Things I plan to update:
OpenSSL
OpenSSH
BIND? (we're on the latest 9.6 release but i might import 9.7.x for the new DNSSEC features)
binutils (latest gpl2 version?)
sqlite3
perl

Things I can't update because of GPLv3 until we make a decision on that:
diffutils
gcc
binutils

Things I haven't decided on yet:

com_err
gdb
gnu-sort
gperf
less
lukemftp
netcat
openbsm
top
wpa_supplicant
