[Midnightbsd-users] Judgement on API copyrightability

The forwarded message did not come out well.  This is a link to the judgement on API copyrightability.  It was rather favorable for open source implementations.  The key point is that it is necessary to allow a new implementation of an API and thus headers are not copyrightable.
