subversion 1.1 (14 years ago) by laffer1: add subversion license to our little list.
perl 1.1 (13 years ago) by laffer1: Add and update several licenses: GNU licenses have been grabbed directly from the source. I've added all variations of the lgpl. We don't currently track them, but I think we may start due to the changes in the lgpl 3. add lgpl 2.1, 3, fdl 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and agpl Perl uses the artistic license, but some modules use artistic 1 with an addition. For now, we'll keep perl distinct from artistic implying a changed #8.
mit 1.1 (15 years ago) by laffer1: Add the MIT license.
liberation 1.1 (15 years ago) by laffer1: One of the most common problems port maintainers have is figuring out what license is what to tag ports. NetBSD keeps copies of licenses in pkgsrc and has a method to display them. I don't want to go that far yet, but having copies of the licenses is very handy. We'll have to add more as time passes. Name them exactly as they are in the list of licenses in bsd.mport.mk (make license-list on a port). For now, I've included some of the more common GPL variants and the Redhat liberation font license.
