Prepare to add LICENSE. Add $MidnightBSD$ in HTML comment so we know what template version was used.
Removed linux mtree file. This is now part of the linux base port.
Updated to not include ${LINUXBASE}
This is temporary. Eventually the linux base installers should make this at install time, perhaps spamming /etc/make to set MTREE_LINUX_FILE.
Convert to XHTML. Fix documentation references for ports.
